PANDORA Care Guide

To keep your PANDORA jewellery looking its best, we have some handy care guidelines here.

Cleaning metals

Add a small quantity of mild cleaning agent, such as fairy liquid, to lukewarm water and using a small, soft toothbrush, gently clean the jewellery. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewellery with patterns which otherwise can be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove and the jewellery DOES NOT have pearls or gemstones, soak in clean water.

You can now also use our NEW Connoisseurs Dazzle Drops Silver Jewellery Cleaner or the NEW Connoisseurs Silver Jewellery Polishing Cloth

Cleaning pearl and gemstone jewellery

Pearls and gemstones must only be cleaned with a soft brush or cloth. Avoid exposing gemstones to water or cleaning agents.

For keeping your stones sparkling, you can also use the NEW Connoisseurs Diamond Dazzle Stik

Protecting leather

Leather products benefit from leather cream which prevent the product from cracking. It is advised to apply a leather moisture / cream when the product is first removed from the packaging or when it feels dry.

Maintenance

  • It is recommended to remove jewellery before going to bed or when taking part in any physical activity.PANDORA's Product Care Kit
  • Jewellery should not be exposed to chlorine of salt water as this makes the surface matt and dull.
  • Avoid contact with make up, creams and perfumes.
  • Do not bath, shower or wash up when wearing jewellery.
