Delivery Types

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.


Standard UK Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail's 48® Service

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3-4 working days
  • No signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be placed through the letter-box or taken to the local Royal Mail office for collection and a card will be left advising you

Express UK Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 24® Service

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver 1-2 working days (but not Guaranteed) *
  • Online tracking via SMS and/or email notifications
  • No signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be placed through the letter-box or taken to the local Royal Mail collection point for collection
  • *Please note special order products are excluded from this delivery service

Amazon 24

Orders will be delivered the following day if  placed by 3 pm Monday -Friday

Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday

You will be provided with full tracking from Amazon Shipping once the order is in their system

*Please note special order products and engravable items will incur a delay and will be shipped once processed. Please check your estimated delivery date when placing your order.

* Amazon 24 is not available in certain areas; see link for affected areas



Amazon 48

Orders will be delivered within two days if  placed by 3 pm Monday -Friday

Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following week

You will be provided with full tracking from Amazon Shipping once the order is in their system

Special UK Delivery - Despatched via DPD

  • DPD delivers the next working day 
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery the next working day have to be placed by2:30pm *
  • Orders placed after 2:30 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday
  • A Signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in a notification card will be left
  • *Please note special order products are excluded from this delivery service

Saturday Delivery - Despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Royal Mail will deliver on the next Saturday
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery on a Saturday have to be placed by 3 pm Friday *
  • Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday
  • A Signature is required
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point
  • *Please note special order products are excluded from this delivery service 

UK non-mainland

We do deliver to Northern Ireland / the Scottish Islands / the Isle of Man / the Isles of Scilly, but please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.

Unexpected delays

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.
