If your parcel shows delivered, however you have not received this, please contact our Customer Service department on 0345 319 0008 or email us at hello@johngreed.com with your order reference and we can raise this with Royal Mail to fully investigate.

If when checking your parcel tracking it shows a lack of scans or anything you are unsure of, please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall be able to further look into this for you.
