What to do if your order hasn't arrived

If the unfortunate happens and your parcel hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0345 319 0008 or at hello@johngreed.com where they will help resolve the issue, we are unable to process a lost in post claim with Royal Mail before 10 working days have passed from dispatch.

If your parcel shows delivered, however, you have not received this, please contact our Customer Service department on 0345 319 0008 or email us at hello@johngreed.com with your order number and we can raise this with Royal Mail to fully investigate.
