How long for returns to be processed?

It can take up to five working days for your return to be received to ourselves from Royal Mail. 

These will then be processed within 3 working days of the date of receipt. If returning a parcel from the Channel Islands, please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned. 

We advise at busier times of the year and bank holidays to allow up to 10 working days for parcels to be returned by Royal Mail.
