What happens if the item I want in exchange is out of stock?

When processing your return, if the item you would like in exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team to advise and offer an exchange or refund (dependant on the time scale of return). Alternatively, we can apply it to store credit for you to use at a later date.
