Can I return my bespoke or engraved product?
We are ever expanding collections of engravable and bespoke made products as a service created specially for our customers.
On occasions, things like dates or names can be entered incorrectly for engraving or the item may arrive and you decide this is not for you. These can be returned to ourselves for a 50% refund to your original payment method or as store credit to be used towards an alternate item.
If you have purchased a bespoke Geti ring, these can be returned for a 70% refund. If the item has been engraved we are unable to offer a refund.
