Can I return my bespoke or engraved product?
We are ever-expanding our collections of engravable and bespoke-made products as a service created especially for our customers.
On occasions, things like dates or names can be entered incorrectly for engraving, or the item may arrive, and you decide this is not for you. These can be returned to us for a 50% refund to your original payment method or as store credit to be used towards an alternate item.
Bespoke rings are individually hand-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the item has been engraved. If not engraved we can offer a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
