Tracking a delivery

Royal Mail

If you have opted for a Royal Mail tracked service, tracking a parcel is nice and easy and can either be done online on  Royal Mail | Track & Trace or by downloading the Royal Mail App onto your phone.

The Royal Mail App is easy to use & you can:

  1. Track your items. Just enter your tracking ID or scan the barcode to check the progress of your deliveries.
  2. Change your delivery options. You can now change where your parcel is delivered, to a Safeplace or neighbour after it has been sent.
  3. Send an item. Buy postage in just a few steps.

Once your order has been lovingly picked, packed, and dispatched by our warehouse team you will receive an email to let you know that your order is on the way. 

Our main courier is Royal Mail and all tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS text message if you have opted for our tracked service at checkout.


If you have opted for DPD you will receive an email & text message once your parcel has been despatched which will include your tracking number, you will be sent updates as to when to expect your parcel, but you can track it online. Please see the link below for tracking.
